This is the Second Year that the "Yellow Pages" Company, headed by Moshe Ronen, has Adopted Children in Residential Group Care. The Company's pages are Filled with Wonderful Activities Carried out by Yellow Pages Employees "Switching Seats" – Everyone, adults and children, in the Haifa branch of Yellow Pages on the afternoon of September 18th was excited by the events that took place. The adult employees of the Haifa branch and the children of "Or Shalom" were constantly surprising one another. The children enjoyed trying out the tasks of the employees at their desks, sitting at their desks in front of their computers. The adults prepared a plentiful food, a magic show in which everyone took part, and, of course, individual presents for each child. The many smiles and sparkling eyes were an expression of the deep gratitude felt by the children. (Haifa Branch – "Or Shalom" Home, September 2003). Ety's Seventh Birthday Ety Will Remember her Seventh Birthday in the Family Group Home "Yefet" in Cholon for Many Years Balloons, a colorful, decorated birthday cake, presents and a singing group accompanied by a guitarist, turned Ety's birthday into a dream-party. Ety was the first to enjoy the "Yellow Pages" Yavne branch's decision to create a special birthday tradition for the children living in the group home. Members of the Beer Sheva branch of the firm joined the party with their guitar. The rest of the children in the Home rushed to bring the dates of their birthday, and included ideas for gifts. They then began to count the days…. (Yavne Branch – "Or Shalom, Cholon) Delivery of Presents to the Aged In the spirit of working for the community, the employees of the Yellow Pages Service and Information Center organized a community activity for the children of "Givat Hod" Group Home. The employees prepared Purim presents together with the children and together they distributed them to the "Or Lee" Old Age Home near the residential group home. This was a significant and new giving experience for the children, who enjoyed the emotional encounter with the friendly elderly people, and the gifts they received from them. At the joyous Purim celebration together, everyone wore a costume. In this spirit other group homes also participated in Purim gift-giving to a Children's Ward in a hospital or to soldiers.
